Heat didn’t work and was given a portable heater

The woman at the front desk remembered my name after.meeting me one time the day before a young man came up to iur room to help with our tv. He was very polite and gracious.

Loved it it felt like a dream stay

So many positives about this hotel. The staff checked us in with ease and quickly. The hotel smelled so clean! Nice fireplace in the entry and at the outdoor seating area. Nice clean beds. The pool was heated and the warmest I've ever swam in! Slide was so fun. Truly the nicest staff ever!!! Breakfast could have more options but the quality of the items they did have were nice. The only negatives were no towels in the pool area and a few places in the room could have been cleaner.*I left a bag with a Nintendo switch and my wallet in the room. The staff quickly called me and I just wanted to say thank you again for your honesty and returning my belongings!* Nice bar area. Fluffy pillows. I do think the pool hours should be extended tho! Should be 6am-11pm. Maybe with an adult hour from 10pm-11pm. Wonderful snack bar items, nice fruit water in the lobby. Plenty of parking. Nice bathroom in room. Suite was huge. Furniture needs a good cleaning. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
